1. How long does shipping take?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the U.S. Standard shipping takes up to 10 business days. Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at checkout.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

We offer international shipping to APO addresses only.

3. Can I change or cancel my order?

As long as the product has not been altered or shipped, you can change or cancel your order. If it is a special order and has already been processed you may not change or cancel the order.

4. What is your return policy?

Items can be returned within 10 days of receiving the product. All returns are subject to a quality control inspection once returned to determine if it qualifies for a return. This excludes all special ordered items.

5. How do I find my ring size?

The best way to find your ring size is to go to a jewlery store and have your finger sized. If you are local we will be happy to assist with finding your correct finger size.
